It has something to do with the stadiums construction it is beyond her control. They have pushed back other artists because of it. They have allowed ticket holders to get a refund and not attend if they had a problem with it. Mariah couldn't reschedule.

What's embarrassing is the fact you remain stuck in Mariah threads talking **** there and there, being passive aggressive. When, since you have been in all of her threads, you should've known the stadium was re-positioned for construction issues. byE.
The stadium is Singapore's new National Stadium and Mariah was the first act to ever perform there. Additionally the stage was repositioned because of problems with the turf behind the stage.
