I wouldn't be mad if she did go that route since I like some of Katy Perry's music. But yeah, I like that she surprised all of us. Her becoming unpredictable just makes her 10x more interesting (which she definitely needed lol). I can see "Bad Blood" and "All You Had to Do Was Stay" become hits as well. I don't know why everyone says "Style." I don't think that could be a hit. The beat is too combative imo.
