People magazine said she's been recording the album since February, but it wasn't until April when she was seen leaving Linda Perry's studio saying "I can't wait for the next chapter."

That was over 8 months ago. Now it's been confirmed that Linda is producing most of the album. That is more than enough time. Granted I'm sure they spent a while doing the tracks for the Greatest Hits but I think they're pretty much done with her portion of the album. Now it's Sia's turn!

Aguilera confirmed to Billboard that she and Sia will hit the studio in January.
I expect Sia to do at least 2 songs. Same with Ladytron. Now we're just waiting for confirmation from Goldfrapp and any other collaborators and the album should be underway. Hopefully it doesn't get pushed back too much, but I'm so excited!
