Lady Gaga earned 90M from May 2010 - May 2011 alone She was almost bankrupt in 2009 during Bad Romance's slayage, cuz she invested all her money in TFMB. It paid off right away and Artur Fogel signed her a check for 40M in the beginning of 2010.

her earnings from 2010 and 2012 are 170M $ (90M and 80M) and that's just those 2 years

I don't know how net worths and current bank accounts work in cohesion but all I know is that Gaga has amassed more of a net worth over the years than Britney. You're right about her going bankrupt at some point with the Monster Ball but its not like she would have had a hard time getting money again.

Even with ARTPOP, Gaga had no problem placing on Forbes.

His career earnings while alive were estimated by Forbes at roughly $1.2 billion in net take-home earnings and since death his Estate has earned over $850M which puts his earnings at $2.1 billion as of this year without taking into account that technically his 50% catalog stake now owns EMI publishing making it worth probably twice that $2.1 billion figure (though he/they can't sell that to anyone but Sony who would never pay that much for it).
