Would you read some of my previous posts? The post I qouted said Taylor was bigger in EVERY country. God, some of you are annoying today

Both of their albums sold around the same outside of the US. Katy singles are bigger worldwide, hence why Katy is more global. Taylor can have her album sales in the US, get what I'm saying now?
