It's called good PR. No public relations office is going to have one of their clients INSERT themselves into a controversy, not unless they need the publicity. Katy Perry would be stupid to say a single word about the lawsuit. Conversely, Bonnie McKee coming forward would give her more exposure, and may be well advised, but timing is key, and now is not the right tine to come forward. Since Miley Cyrus is over after being just a 2013 fad, no one cares what she does or has to say, so commenting on the Kesha/Luke lawsuit or not commenting on the Kesha/Luke lawsuit will have no affect on her.
