tho i find it weak when her assistant got the evidence by just saying that she saw the police investigated another suspect, like she could've said it in a first place eventhough she hadn't seen it, the police believed her after all.

I think the trial will be the season finale of this season, they will be judged as innocents but a main character will go to jail, next season main plot will be different from this season.

I actually think that 1 of the 4 students(Wes most likely) WILL get caught and season 2 will deal with getting him/she out of jail and another murder.
