As for I know rappers do rap with their voice. The only type of artists we wouldn't be able to guest would be rappers. And the whole "Is out of the box for both of us" could mean it is a pop artist but it could also mean it's a artist of a complete different genre and wouldn't collaborate with a artist like Kelly.
I'm just saying, don't count out rappers just yet. I mean she asked Lil Wayne for a collaboration last year or so. I could totally imagine a song with Kelly and Wayne involved being completely out of the box for both of them.
He's a big producer/DJ and he can sing really well
