Everyone has different definitions of a flop. Some people consider it not charting on the main chart (Hot 100). Sometimes people tend to associate a flop with the calibre of the artist. For example, for Rihanna, she tends to chart in the Top 20, so if a song of hers would peak at 30 now, people would consider it a flop. But the same would not be said for an act like....Keri Hilson.
