For some artists, being nominated is already a very big acomplishment. Even if they don't have any chances of winning it.

It's like a sticker they can use from now on: "Grammy nominated artist". Just like how you see in movie trailers where there are actors who don't have any Oscars but they were nominated once. The last one I saw said "Starring Oscar nominated actress Jessica Chastain".

Can you imagine if Tinashe gets nominated? She'll forever be called "the Grammy nominated R&B artist". That's quite an honor...
