I'm thinking Mr. Keating framed Rebecca so she murdered or was involved with the murder of Mr. Keating and Wes & the gang are trying to cover up for her. I'm enjoying this season of Scandal so far, but in general it has kinda gotten itself into a rut. Every episode (second half of 3rd season esp.) seems to include at least one speech about "PROTECTING THE REPUBLIC" and another about how Olivia and Fitz's whiny asses can't move to Vermont and make ****ing jam. I loved tonight's episode though.
