Thats the damn point boy. There's no evidence to either back up or refute Kesha's claims, so until that happens, if it happens this is all speculation and empty at best.

I agree. None of us actually know her in person (at least not up close and personal), but just reading through the lawsuit itself you can tell that this can't be a lie. It's VERY detailed.

Please read through the lawsuit for 5 minutes. Please. The level of detail in some of the more specific accusations (of certain scenes of her past history with him) is incredible. I don't believe this can be lies.

At this stage anyone siding with Luke just has some irrational hatred for Kesha or want to appear edgy for not having a heart, but damn some of you are so against her and I just can't understand it. Everyone has dragged Luke's production for years, so this is a way out for everyone even if you aren't compassionate enough to care about Kesha's situation.

Woooo Luke is finally ****ing going down and she won't be obligated to yell Timber this time! They are coming hard, I'm praying they win this. She deserves it so much and if she does end up winning I'll also be proud of all the animals that through all this time supported FreeKsLuke. Imo this case realy shows the power of social media.

I hope the 'people' coming forward are mainstream artists like K$ herself. Or even bigger. I think it could help her case a lot.

Maybe they had sex when they were both doped up, but i doubt she wasnt down to do the drugs, nor do i doubt that she didnt at least partially want to have sex. shes said before shes attracted to him. Unless miss rose is bringing solid evidence i refuse to believe it, sorry

It's the 21st century. You no longer need to physically know someone in order to establish any kind of relationship with them.
