That's why I have reduced sympathy in most payout cases. If my employer/mentor physically and sexually assaulted me, I'd gather my evidence and go to the police station to press charges. Luke getting an arrest warrant after him and getting arrested/booked for sexual assault harms his reputation and directly f*cks up his future work prospects and moneymaking ability. He wouldn't even need jail time or to be sentenced. Just being charged alone hurts his career. And possibly prevents other girls from seeing the same fate. That's justice.
Having him release my contract and paying me off isn't. But most people who go after rich people want money instead of justice.
