So pretty much she's blackmailing him for a big payout and release of contract. Ok, so she will get released from him and then what? What does that mean for her musically? What Dr Luke did/does is obviously wrong and he should be punished but Ke$ha signed up for it. This is all really her parents fault. They should've been there for her when she was making such decisions. If she was being forced to sleep with him for a record deal, she shouldn't have taken the damn deal (this is a classic case scenario and of course all the little pop ****s take the dick and deals but they should be ready for the consequences)....

It worked for Britney, who had less talent but obviously a Bachelors in performing Oral.
Her work with mainstream producers is probably over.
She can still find unknown producers with great talent, that's what I'm hoping for anyway.
If Chris Brown can find success with a song like "Loyal" from

Who cares what it means for her musically? Kesha is a multi-millionaire. She'll be fine. She likes fame like any celebrity, but she's not on a DESPERATE level of dying without fame like Lady Gaga. The bottom line is that she won't have to be forced to work with her rapist. That is the goal. To get out of that abusive relationship and get this monster out of her life. Yet, her sexual abuser doesn't want to let her go -- it's literally an episode of "Law and Order: SVU."
