Well i admit my feeling is probably affected by
1. it being the first song when i became an official fan
2. it was the soundtrack of my life at that moment like she wrote it for me

Exactly. According to the Overall Radio Chart, only 4 songs in the Top 10 have possitive updates

One of them is SIO, which is sitting pretty at #1
Then Black Widow, which is #3 and had an update barely bigger than SIO´s
At #4, and with a little better of an update is Dont Tell Em, but it has much less AI than SIO
And then the only one with an update in the millions is at #8, but it also has much less AI than SIO
