Probably. If he wasn't going to let her go before the lawsuit, there's no way he'll be letting her go if he WINS the lawsuit and doesn't have to.
The whole point of the case is to get her contract terminated. If she loses the case, the contract remains. That's the issue. If Luke wins, he not only doesn't have to let her go, but he won't even force her to make albums anymore like Warrior (and most likely Cannibal, too), and we'll be left with nothing.
Even if she wins the case, it's still going to be a LONG way until she can get to a stage where she has an album of material that she wants to release on her own terms.
Any kind of commercial success is pretty much out the door, imo. If she leaves Kemosabe, who knows what will happen next... if she'll get signed again, if she'll even WANT to sign to another major label.
It's just a huge mess.
