I'm also tired of hearing IF this, if that etc. Let's lay out what we can realistically expect:
- There won't be any will.i.am.
- They know Britney Jean was her worst performing album (as mentioned in an interview with Variety Magazine). That's a good sign because it will hopefully motivate them to make sure the album is at least a decent success.
- BUT Vegas comes first, through and through. So we can expect cross-promotion for album/show again.
- WHAT kind of promotion? Interviews and appearances. I doubt she'll perform anywhere.
So that probably doesn't guarantee a very good opening week.
Frankly, the only thing we can be really optimistic about is getting better music, which I genuinely believe will happen. As for commercial success and promotion that we actually care about (a performance), I don't see it.

I believe she will still get #1 albums that can go gold or platinum depending on the hits and she can still score hits on the radio.
Now that is before she turns 40 of course.
Let's not act like Mariah, Janet, Madonna, JLO, Fergie, Pink and many other examples don't exist.
Over 40...I don't see it but she has at least 2-3 more albums before she hits 40 and I'm content with that.
