Came across this interview she did a long time ago...

Something has happened where the producers have begun to think or believe — or the industry has begun to think or believe — that the producer makes the hits. This is the most dangerous thing that has happened to this business. Because it takes the credibility away from the singer and from the artist...that's the key to the success of the music industry--allowing the artist to creatively run the ship.

So anyone thinking she's going to run to "hit producers" (imo, she was talking about Dr. Luke), is completely deluding themselves and setting themselves up for disappointment.
DJWS is really into the underground music scene, so in a perfect world Gaga would utilize his connections to pull in some talented, unknown, and experimental pop producers for her next album. I think Bey did that with that Boots guy and she was praised for it so I think Gaga would be praised for working with unknown and innovative producers as well.
Or she can head on over to Sweden and find a producer since making pop music seems to come naturally to the Swedes.
