Except Kelly hates him and Ke$ha's defense could do the same exact thing and pull all of the songwriters she's worked with in the studio (Greg Kurstin, her own mother.) They could also have Avril testify because she was in the same situation as Kesha. Also, I recall Sharon Osbourne publicly stating that her daughter, Kelly, had some problems with Luke at one point.

It would be interesting to see if they throw Bonnie into the mix because she's spent a lot of time in the studio with them.

This is an ''emotional damages and contract release'' case. Not a ''I want him under the jail for violating me'' case. Luke could maybe counter-sue for breach of contract and defamation if he wishes.

Knowing Kesha, she'll prob. retract these claims a month from now with some explanation about how her laywers ''tricked'' her into filing this lawsuit.
