Rihinvention is an interesting choice. Don't really know ha outside of those Fifteen gifs/avis so I'll be looking to see what the gud sis is really all about.
Also I agree that these could be sped up a little. I understand how you run this and how you want to actually talk one-on-one with the person and not just send them a list of questions to answer, but I don't know. It'd definitely be better 2 interviews per week and I'd say that's definitely manageable.

It's not manageable though. I have other things to do, too. I love doing the interviews section, that's why I decided to do it. One interview per week is okay. If there are more, the "quality" of the interviews won't be the same. But I love listening to advice so keep it like that
