She is bigger than those acts but she has a bigger fanbase they do, That doesn't change the fact that she mostly appeals to teenage girls. I think Taylor's career has been extremely impressive, but really it's all just solely from a statistical standpoint.
Charts and album sales are great and all but they don't really have much of a lasting effect run, that's why it's best to make an impact that goes beyond the charts and Beyonce has done a much better job at this than Taylor. Yes, Taylor can sell circle around Beyonce, but that means absolutely nothing if she isn't held to the same regard as her.
