Called it. I'd quote everyone who predicted this would flop (and there were a lot of you) but I forget all the weak shade.
Samesies. Most of the new tracks on Betty's album just aren't cutting it for me.
Then again, it took me like a month before I got into Slow Dancing, which I now realize is like five times better than The Movement, but still. It feels sort of rushed.
Of course Deadney would copy the dumber, more sedated copy of her
How does William Hung (American Idol, squinty-eyed reject) get to release a debut album while Alizard Banks cries herself to sleep every night while female rappers are breaking into the industry with BB top 5 smashes? And no album release date in sight
She's also 100% local, unlike Nicola who's surely still getting royalties from the worldwide smash "Give Me All Your Luvin'."
Good. I don't really hate Nic so I hope that she got enough royalties to last a few years. Maybe her next album will crack the top 15 and she can move out of Cheryl's garage.
I'll be back when ya'll are done throwing around the X word.
How she could situate that mess between Rocket and Mine is beyond me.
Truly the only filler on an otherwise perfect album.
