Billboard uses Radio and Records for the official charts and Womanizer made it to #1 on that chart this week, so its official according to Billboard. But its kinda weird since it was only #1 on mediabase for a day(and not on the official chart), but i think it'll get there soon after Ti and Rihanna fall.
