I'm drinking Myoplex Muscle Milk right now and it's the nastiest thing ever.

Most protein drinks are I like Vanilla Muscle Milk, it tastes ***decent, while the strawberry one tastes like medicine and I never bothered with the chocolate one.
Even protein powder is eh... The only one I've ever tasted that actually legitimately tasted GOOD was Cutler Nutrition's Fudge Brownie one, I received a single packet as promotion with an order of something else last month. In milk, it tastes like an Entemainn's cake I miss those
ON, GNC pro performance and Nature's Best Isopure are passable, but not necessarily good tasting. I just use them because 50-60g of protein in a single drink post-workout, or 30g when short on time >>> especially since, as a student, I often don't have time to space out 5-6 meals per day, even though I can when I have a day off at home.

If you drink Muscle Milk, I'd recommend the chocolate over anything; it legit tastes like a milkshake. I'm used to drinking protein shakes, though, so maybe I'm just used to it. Lol

Ok so I am quite an average build at this moment, 73/74kg, 190cm. I used to weigh 85kg a year ago and 95kg two years ago, I am training my chest and arms now and I can see the results already, so I'm not worried about that, I'm worried about my belly, a flab... I most likely have it from gaining weight a lot rapidly and losing it rapidly as well, and 2 or 3 times like that. Also, LOVE HANDLES. Can someone ****ing suggest the best way to get rid of them?

I wonder why?
Honestly, if you're a beginner, half-an-hour bodyweight workouts on YouTube will get you started. They're free, you only need a floor and a mat/towel for ab work and they will help you get a little leaner and build strength before investing in equipment/a gym contract.
Here's a great channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPTeuiy0fpo
Their workouts are self-contained, with warm-ups, cool downs and some even have nutrition tips at the end to help you. Good luck and make sure to visit the thread often to update us on your progress

Hey guys! I'm back home and finally got a chance to jump online. I placed 3rd at Nationals for Male Fitness Model of the Year. So stoked to place top 3 against the best in the whole country!! I qualified for World Titles in Canada in November but not going for money reasons and I want to wait a few yrs before I compete overseas at Worlds. This is only my first yr competing and I'm only 20. I want to make sure when I do go to world's I do well.
I'm gonna go back next yr since I'm a stubborn **** and want that #1 title haha. Have eaten so much **** since the comp, just woke up then (5:00am here now) and finished my ice cream and chocolate that I had left over from yesterday lol feel a little guilty though but I think I earnt it. Still managed to gym twice yesterday (once at the hotel in Sydney and went straight to the gym after we landed at home and had a massive 2.5 hr back and bicep session before I treated myself.
Once I get pics from the event I'll post, here is my insta in the meantime and I have uploaded a few pics since.

Hey mate, with your height it sounds like you are a good weight. You could be even heavier to be honest. I'm 75-77 kg and only 177 cm. Are you trying to gain muscle mass now maybe?
For the belly fat and love handles, contrary to what others have said, cardio isnt the only thing that burns body fat. Stomach fat is generally the most difficult to move for most people and the last place for fat to budge. Long, steady state cardio has been shown in some studies to release this chemical in the body (can't remember the name sorry) that encourages belly fat. And not to mention, a good weights session can burn just as many calories as cardio, and give you the benefits of increased muscle mass.
Weights >>>>>>>>>>> Cardio
Bascially to lose the belly fat and love handles you'll just have to keep dropping body fat so more calories burned then consumed. Easy as that. I would throw in some ab exercises though, namely obliques. Weights twists, side planks, bicycle, basically google oblique ab exercises. That'll target that area too and help build the muscle up and tone it. You can't spot reduce fat so you'll just have to keep cutting until the fat there decides it is next to go but you can start to tone it now. Best of luck!!!

Hey man, do you have access to a gym? If not, maybe think of joining one and adding weights to your regime? It'll help you cut and tone and also gain a little muscle mass. Otherwise you can still get good results at home.
Thick and toned legs are BEAST, always a must. In my leg workouts I do squats, leg extension, leg press (both single and normal, i.e. two legs), lunges, hamstring curls, deadlifts. Squats are basically #1 for legs and especially glutes and they are good since you don't need a gym. I'm not sure on your physical abilities but you could do body weight squats to start (?), then maybe do then with a light weight and just keep increasing it.
