I only loved the acting in Coven. It wasn't scary in any way and that makes me mad.

Coven had me and my friend's captivated from the first 5 minutes! Like no other season (or show) rivaled how deep and how fast we got into it.

I'm not getting the same feeling with Freakshow but I'm not totally writing it off yet. I'm waiting until Emma shows up to see if she can make it a bit more interesting for me!

She was my favorite last season.

Coven was a great season, but it was disappointing to me following the creepiness of Murder House and Asylum. Only Kathy Bates' storyline at the beginning was creepy, after that it was just a good TV drama.

Asylum > Murder House > Coven >>>> life

Coven was REALLY doing good up until just after the episode where Marie Laveau's salon was shot up and Kathy Bates had to watch the struggles of the past on the television. Was a beautiful episode. Fell to pieces after that. Still extremely well acted.

So true, they could have done so much with that Kathy Bates story and she was just immediately back to being terrible.

I wanted him to be one of the main characters revealed with a plot twist towards the end of the season but the fact they're making us see who lives behind the aura mask killed any hope I had.

During Twisty's first kill, my mom said "Well, that was eventful." And then every time we saw him later in the episode, she just said "Oh no, it's that clown." in the most MONOTONOUS voice ever.
