Have you seen his posts against Riri...that said, there's never a time to be rude on an entertainment forum. We should be open to our POV and accept others POV on TPP.

Hopefully from the Bad or Dangerous album...I would love Remember the time sampled on TPP.

She's too diverse for full Rap, man. There's millions of fans that love the other facades of her. I see it everyday on Twitter, lol.
And even now it's still exciting when she does Pop music, because she hasn't done it in so long.

Facets, right. I agree but I think she did different things but is the master of one and a half.
I think the one anda half will be all throughout the Pinkprint.

I'm sure there will be a great deal of hard-hitting and straight spitting on TPP to satisfy her urban audience as well as some with crossover appeal. That IS Nicki. If she done a complete project full of Lookin Ass ****** it would feel contrived and forced, as Nicki is a melting pot of genres and musicality. We don't "deserve" anything that she wouldn't feel completely herself doing.

You always make informed opinions. respect.

I don't want a mixtape ever since this one boy on Twitter made a point by saying that "once rappers like Drake and Nicki start releasing mixtapes you know their on the verge of being washed up"
I don't necessarily agree, but they're too big for that. Think of all the times you're on Twitter and you see Rap-Up post the links to a new Rick Ross song and nobody blinks an eye. Meanwhile new Nicki and Drake songs are always social media events.
|
This is true but that's mainly because some do it for career saving whereas Nicki would do it to wet our whistles prior to TPP. Imagine how at ease many of these posters would have been had they had a mixtape this summer. posters would have most of their issues and feelings in order.

Why do you think RR wasn't COMPLETELY Pop?

Generally, hip hop Nicki is better than pop Nicki.
I would be here for another pop album only if it were more experimental.

However, pop represents whats popular and is mainstream which limits the opportunity of being experimental as it captures a sign of the times. I don't think Nicki should ever tap into that again.
It was a one off and it didn't work out the way she wanted it to which is why she was so bothered and angry that era but it did serve a purpose so she should take that and hopefully put those lessons learned into TPP experience.

On a Saturday night too...the weekend is a relaxing time. I mean TPP debates shouldn't get that bad. The WPs flying...mmm mmm mmm. Why can't people just debate without getting in their feelings?

Oh, ok...

Well, I hope you engage more in debate throughout this era because you do have a point of view...I just hope you get better at debating and not getting caught up in your feelings. TPP era is going to be filled with controversial subjects and I think you actually have a stance but always keep focus on this being an entertainment forum and not a blog rant to spill emotions. That takes your usually quality posts and lessens the impact.
