Stealing someone's private photographs that just happen to be of a sexual nature and then exploiting them is a sex crime, it's not rape but then rape is the top of the sex crime mountain. Voyeurism and stalking are not rape, but they are sex crimes. This theft qualifies on both counts.

It's a shame because Marina is a pretty capable pop musician and singer; some of the stuff on The Family Jewels is great. But Electra Heart was a true failure and the ultimate sell-out (except it didn't even sell).
