I thought the first episode was great! Some of you were expecting WAY too much. It's only the first episode so obviously the story is going to get more interesting.
This looks to have more promise than Coven. It's already a little too chaotic but the setting and characters have ready drawn me in.
My favorites: Sarah's characters, Jessica Lange's, and Evan Peters. I think he should just always have brown hair because his characters are almost always better when he is, plus he looks, like, two times better.
The trailer for the next episode looks really good!
Loved the Season Premiere (as always in every American Horror Story), but somehow in the middle of its run I lost interest (Asylum and Coven). I only finished Murder House.
Hopefully this season will get me glued in every episode.
I do highly expect a Slasher season next year, or something that pulls from the older Horror Movies (Halloween, Friday The 13th, Scream etc). I found a clue as well, and Murphy did say there were clues in the premiere that would hint at the location next season.
The Landlord of the field Elsa was talking to and ultimately seduced was named Mr. Haddonfield. Haddonfield is the name of the (fictional) midwestern town in Illinois where the Halloween franchise mostly took place. I doubt that was just a coincidence.

i hope this season of american horror story has more hot dads crying and jacking off!!! high hopes!!!
Better be 90 minutes of my muscle daddy though tbh
I don't understand the complaints about using a David Bowie song
Is it that impossible for some people to suspend belief for four minutes?
I didn't have an issue with them using a David Bowie song or a song from the future, what I had an issue with was the instrumental they used. Which would not have been around in 1952. I don't know I guess it just seemed off hearing those sounds.
