But stans can use TEA and SEA all they want, there's a reason RIAA hasn't updated their methods for album certifications yet like they have with singles! It's not really an ideal system and I don't think it ever will be.
Celine's voice has deteriorated very little when you consider that she released her first album 33 years ago and she has released 25 studio albums since then. Plus she can still slay her classics.
