Donghyuk improved, yes, but if that's all he can deliver after training with the group for 1 year, good bye.
Chanwoo is literally the worst. He's not talented at all, can't sing, can't dance well enough that would put him among the best... He has no charisma, the only reason people think he fits the group is because he's just there, he never says a word, he's always just awkwardly laughing and kissing the ass of the Team B members.
Hongseok has the second best voice of the group and he hasn't even trained at all yet. He was the last member to join so others obviously feel kinda threatened by him. He also has the most individuality from the new trainees. He's a MUST if this group wants to call themselves talented.
Jinhyeong doesn't really have much training, but his voice tone is just much better than Donhyuk, once he improves his technique he's gonna be better than him in every aspect. Besides, he's gorgeous, unlike the other one who's the ugliest of them all.
Sorry but objectively the only acceptable line-up is:
BI, BOBBY, Jinwan, Junhoe, Yunhyeong, Hongseok & Jinhyeong.
Team Work and all that crap is just something they'll pick up once they train together without the threat of being excluded from the damn group.

And honestly, I thought Donghyuk's performance in RITD was good. He's my least-favourite Team B member but I'm still rooting for him.
