This is great. But I do have reservations. I've heard so many great things about Kristen Stewart's performance in "Clouds of Sils Maria" but haven't heard as much, or very little, about Kristen Stewart's performance in "Still Alice." My intuition tells me that Kristen Stewart probably gave a better performance in "Sils Maria," but is being pushed for an Oscar in "Still Alice" because Julianne Moore is the driving force behind the film and an Oscar front-runner and "Still Alice" will probably be the more talked about film in the long run. It's a very strategic move, with the casualty being Kristen Stewart's better performance in "Sils Maria." I haven't seen either movie. This is all just speculation on my part, but I'm pretty good at reading a person/situation like a book.

Clouds has zero chance. Oscars are above all about $$$ and marketing. Still Alice has a fantastic distributor. The article I posted talks about their plan to get the movie seen via screeners and screenings. Still Alice is Julianne Moore's show but Kristen plays a very likable and important character.
