The goal of creating a cohesive body of work is to have songs that logistically connect along a similar thread both sonically and thematically at once. By saying that Meet Miley Cyrus is her most diverse while being her most cohesive is a paradoxical statement.

The shift in theme and sound throughout the album is in no way cohesive. The only real cohesive portion of the album are tracks 5-7. I will concede it's her most diverse, sure, but not her most cohesive.
