Now if someone can show me how to place multiple scenes from a video into one gif
Import your video, cut the first clip of frames + open a new tab and do the same thing but with a different part, or multiple parts. After that do you know where it says Mini Bridge and Timeline on the near bottom of the screen? On the right side of those tabs there's a little arrow with lines ~ click that > Select All Frames > then Copy. Do that for all the extra clips you wanna add to the first one, then go back to your first tab > click that little arrow again > select Paste this time. Do that with all of the extra parts, but make sure each group of frames are the same size before you paste them together or else parts will be cropped out or have a transparent part because they're not equally sized.
