Since launching in the U.S. market in mid-2013, Moscato-based cocktail brand Myx Fusions has rapidly gained traction, thanks in part to its affiliation with brand co-owner and pop star Nicki Minaj. The celebrity-backed brand—which sold the equivalent of 60,000 cases in 2013, according to Impact Databank—has grown its footprint from nine states to 42 over the past year, as well as expanded its lineup with a new flavor, Myx Mango.
Founded by Minaj in partnership with former Foster’s exec Peter Reaske and Monami Entertainment founder Mona Scott Young, the 5.5%-abv Myx brand also features Original, Coconut and Peach expressions. The full range is packaged in both 4-packs of 187-ml. (which retail for around $10) and individual 375-ml. twist-off cap bottles, and, according to Myx, is designed to target casual beer occasions while also delivering a premium, wine-like experience. According to the company, Myx’s growth is accelerating in 2014, with sales up 500% since February and volume hitting 840,000 bottles in a recent month, more than sales for all of last year.
As well as being one of the brand’s main shareholders and a member of its Board of Directors, Minaj is consulted on each new flavor and its packaging.
Usher and R. Kelly are both infinitely more successful than Chris, and that'll likely never change.
Chris is doing well for only having urban support, though. But at the same time, you can't just keep using that excuse because the simple fact of the matter is that Usher has had such a huge amount of mainstream success. White people - who make up a majority of the population - don't even know CB exists anymore, aside from his legal issues that randomly pop up. He only had a few years of prominence, too. Usher was scoring huge crossover hits for 13 years.
Usher's overall career and achievements is way bigger than Chris's, but Chris is currently bigger.

This really isn't true though. Chris' last two top 10's, before Loyal, were literally dance/pop songs. Just because Usher completely sold out within his last couple of years doesn't mean anything. And white people definitely know who Chris is (whether from tabloids or somewhere else) regardless of if his Urban music is played by their stations or not. Especially considering, he is still nominated for every mainstream/white award show Grammy's, AMA's, etc. and still books slots on a lot on mainstream platforms (SNL, DWTS, Jimmy Fallon, etc.)
Chris was way more mainstream targeted (at the beginning of his career) than R Kelly and Usher ever were. (except for maybe when Usher started doing David Guetta songs in the past couple of years but )
