Ugh Lorde, her songs were such a nuisance, can't really say I enjoyed any of them but Royals was downright terrible. I give her 2 more albums before ATRL catches up with the rest of the world and moves on from her.
Yesterday Lykke Li covered a Bruce Springsteen song and in the intro said it's a forgotten piece of Americana.
I do not know who this person is, but after YouTubing her and listening to a video of her covering, she kept asking the public if they knew what song it was before she had even started to sing, so I'm not sure if she's mentally retarded or not. But when she did ask them after having sung, the audience responded with cheers and cries of "Springsteen!!". So I'm not sure this mentally handicapped woman is in the best position to judge how well a classic song is remembered.

@OriginalDoll - I just googled the phrase “beauty standard” and there’s no book by that name. You should write it tbh! It seems like more and more people think it’s cool to embrace superficial things like “omg Kim K is flawless!!”
