I am not sure if she would be smart to do that tbh. On The Rocks will have like two months of pre-order if they keep this release date. With a few performances prior and in the week of release she could easily get a top 10 out of it.
I wish she would have made Run an instant grab for the album pre-order, she would have had 3 charting songs then even before the album would be out.
It's a tricky situation though atm, but I don't feel scrapping OTR would help.

And some UK radios have started playing Run and Melissa faved a couple of their tweets when they tweeted about playing Run. She's already recorded one OTR performance though...
