The women who played Big Brother this past summer were all very strong individuals where they didn’t need to kind of glom on to one another to feel empowered.
People would stop wanting an All-Star season if they proved they could actually cast good characters again
They've had a bad cast two seasons in a row and even before BB15 and 16, the seasons starting with BB8 have had mediocre casting that rely on two or three characters to carry the season.
The last truly amazing season with a wide variety of exciting newbies was BB10.
CBS needs to step it up, take some notes from their Canadian counterpart and stop messing with Robyn's choices, and then maybe people will stop complaining.
I love how this season unfolded because you didn’t have the pettiness of last season or this group herd/power in numbers mentality from last season. This season the houseguests were smarter, in my opinion, more mature and more focused on playing the game rather than being in the popular kids' clique or hooking up in a showmance

Think about it... Remove Derrick from the cast and imagine the entertaining mess this season would've been.
Yeah, he ruined every and any possiblity of entertainment and fair gamepley for everyone by being such a controlling messy ass ****. He had to put out any possible drama for the sake of the house and voting with the damn house and keeping the peace and all that ********.

There's a "Derrick" type in every season tho. Last year it was Andy & season before that it was Dan.
Those types are usually strategist. Even tho those type of games could be boring to watch, imagine if they never cast those types?

Oh I 100% agree and i'm sure if Derrick wasn't in the game Frankie would've taken his spot as strategist just as easily.
I think we can all agree the amount of control Derrick had was just unprecedented... IDK if we will ever see a game played like his again.

Anyways, at least Jordan made alliances with people who planned to keep her and she won an HOH + a POV and came 2nd-3rd in so many including the iconic one that sent Jeff home.
