Kanye's style has always been brash while his writers are more cerebral and alternative in sound like Ken.

It is a great record but if she came with a powerful lead (although West Coast is my 3rd favorite song by her), music videos of her usual quality, and an actual promo schedule she could be in such a better place. Her basically abandoning Europe is like the dumbest thing she's ever done

And some of the reviews are trying to act like it was such an accomplishment for Kendrick Lamar to acquire the rights to use "such an amazing sample" from The Isley Brothers, as if only someone like Kendrick Lamar could pull off getting the rights to use the production, when Swiffer has been using "Who's That Lady" literally for the past four years in their commercials. So hilarious. As if The Isley Brothers are turning down any type of revenue.
