Tbh, I wouldn't want 2 ironic singles in a row tho.

Woooooo damn, Labrinth's cover slays.

There's another important aspect to be considered, the castle video Taylor just shot, no matter which song perfectly fulfills that video, it will be released as the second single. Go ahead.

[Achilles.]

In b4 Bad Blood is the second single.

I think it's Wildest Dreams for sure

LOL, i completely forgot about that. Hopefully it becomes a single after the album´s second week of availability. I dont want the single sales to be overshadowed by the album

Although the music video setting makes me think Style, the song about Her fatalistic perspective of love, I Know Places, or All You Had To Do Was Stay will be coming next. Idk.

I still think of her the next Dolly tbh Dolly has done pop as well, but that doesn't mean she left country. I think Taylor will be the same. She never would "kill" country Taylor. The entire way she seems to be presenting this pop album is that she wants to do a pop album right now. But that doesn't mean forever.

The way she says 'at this particular time" clearly means she likely wants to do Country in the future, and she doesn't want people to think she's done with the genre :micheal:

True that! But see the thing with taylor being pop is that she is categorized with all those other generic pop artists and I don't like that. I always feel like her music is a step above all the other pop gurls.. So that's why I don't like the label pop I guess.. She should just be ha own genre!

Has it been asked yet if any of the collaborated tracks with Ryan and Jack include a duet? Or is it just Taylor singing solo?

You guys are better than me on this, is Imogen Heap collaboration suitable for a castle video? If not, I was challenging myself

[Vespertine]

I just hope the second single isn't one of the relationship-centric songs. Those are easier for Her to be successful with, so She should save them for later in the era.

It could be. We have no idea what the song is about, so we have no idea if the castle would make sense as a video setting.

I can't honestly see Her picking the Imogen Heap collab as a single when Max Martin and Ryan Tedder are proven hitmakers, but we'll see.

Who knows We don't necessarily know anything about Imogen's song, except for the fact that it is the ATW of the album. So it could possibly fit.

Isn't it about when the Lord went to tour in England and Harry was there but she realized she was okay about it??

I bet we have to find following songs among the album tracks:
1, Track 11 the solo, because it's the most personal, but I think it as the REAL All-Too-Well-level masterpiece, it just needs time. Edit: I think you guys know my feeling about All Too Well.
2, Bad Blood, Great Username explained it very well.
3, Couple of MM collaborations with the similar styles as Shake It Off or the other singles.
Anything else?

Speculation about me in this Base again? It's a typical Tuesday night.

Singles: 4 Max/Shellback songs (Style/Bad Blood/Wildest Dreams/media song). If they extend the era further, then the track 12 Tedder song (I Know Places).

The singles are always the most obvious choices. Lord never surprises us. Forever playing safe.

"One of the funny parts of the day was when she explained the whole track 5 thing to her mom :P she knows about it!!"

Cute. Although the fans suggested track 5 is kind of basic this time.
