A WW tour with small theatres of capacity no more than 5k could be 100% sold out just as well ala the California Dreams Tour but Britney would probably charge more for tickets and get a higher gross.

Now, see, that's the problem. Why bother booking theaters overseas that will literally gross the same or less than in Vegas? It's a huge waste of time and money. And trust me, the average ticket price for Vegas is high enough, it WON'T get much higher anywhere else. It's basically moving around like crazy and adding chaos to Britney's life with less financial gains because they'd have to spend more money than in Vegas. If she travels overseas, she needs to fill out arenas to make it worthwhile or at least break even. But she can't.
