fat transfer/grafting aka brazilian butt lift is what's it called. the doc takes fat from the person's arm, stomach, or thighs and injects that fat to the ass so technically their butts are ''real'' just enhanced. it used to be a popular thing with transexuals only but kim k kinda mainstreamed the procedure.
