A sound that worked in 2008/2009 which has since been done to death after people jumped on the mainstream dance trend isn't going to work in 2015. Y'all cling to RedOne with the belief that by working with him again, it's automatically going to reclaim the peak status Gaga withheld during TF / TFM, which it isn't. She's never going to experience that peak again, it's too colossal, similar to Britney. I also think y'all overrate his "hit" producer status, his last #1 was Poker Face and last smash was Starships near three years ago. Just because his name is attached or he produced it, doesn't equate "automatic smash hit that will save Gags career". Look at JLO, clinging to RedOne and Pitbull, but is flopping to the high heavens.
And before you attack me, I love RedOne's tracks, recognize his role in shaping Gaga's career and force in pop (and how she helped his) and I personally think Alejandro is one of her strongest songs to date. I wouldn't mind him having a few songs on Gaga's next album, but I also want her to evolve outside her electronic pop sound which she has done for four albums now. Work with producers outside the EDM realm, and those that aren't going to give you recycled beats you write over (which fun fact, RedOne did with Gaga on The Fame with Boys Boys Boys and Eh Eh was originally a track called Sometimes).

red one WAS a good producer. WAS as in, IN THE PAST. Not anymore. His production is stale, tiresome and repetitive. Not to mention DATED. Especially his work with Gaga. Yes, he co-wrote Gypsy, which, lets be real, he probably only wrote the "I'm I'm I'm a Gypsy Gypsy Gypsy I-" And the production on Gypsy is flawless.

I don't even want to hear another "I want old gaga, old music, old slay-ment"
Please.. Let me enjoy what Gaga is serving me for a while. If you don't use what she is doing, try other artist.

Gaga looks so good in her perfume ad
ICGYABL isn't too bad over it... but I would've prefered DWUW or Sexxx Dreams over the footage.

Do you think Gaga will actually make EDM album again? I honestly can't even imagine her going that route again and I have absolutely no idea what's coming after CTC.

Gurls, why does the itunes deluxe version say that "Bang Bang" is a live version? Is there no studio?

Still love RedOne tho and have a strong belief him and Gaga can make magic again. I do admit though that his latest productions sound dated, and Gaga would be best to evolve her sound to something different than EDM for her next mainstream album.
But Gaga and RedOne seem to bring the best out of each other. If RedOne can push her songwriting, and Gaga can push his productions to sound more current, we could get a couple hits out of Team Diamond

She really just needs to get all-new producers for the next album.
- RedOne mostly does euro-dance and she can't do a 5th euro-dance album in a row (but if he can deliver mid-tempo masterpieces like So Happy I Could Die then bring him back).
- Fernando's sound would be too "overproduced"
- DJWS's sound is too tinny and electronic
- Zedd doesn't work well with her and she doesn't need more pre-made EDM beats
- Madeon ^
Ditch these twinks Queen. Hire a real man like Rick Rubin.

I'm not praising RedOne because I think he can make hits - I genuinely think Gaga makes some of her best material when she works with him Sonically, Poker Face, Alejandro, SHICD, Schiesse, Hair and even Judas sounded great when they were released and to this day they still hold up. I don't think they'd produce something that sounds 2000 & late.
IDK, I just really like the RedOne tracks, though I do like that Gaga branches out to new producers. I would love to see what they can create together again.
But anyway, DJ Snake's 3 tracks>>> Other girl's discographies

No I don't think so. Not after she said ARTPOP/C2C were the end of her first "era".
I definitely think we should expect a different sound for her next mainstream album. Whatever it is, I just hope it comes along with some smash hit singles Imagine if she could somehow re-invent pop music once more with a brand new sound, and completely sweep radio and the GP off its feet and become the trend-setter she once was. I would die just a little inside
