I'm not hating or saying things to instigate more talk. But I mean they can afford to get one or two. Or even train Amber, TVXQ, Shinee or the few SNSD girls that can write. If CUBE could give HyunA some training in writing, or Brand New Stardom train Zico, Taeil, Kyung AND PO. Why SM doesn't want to that.

They managed to nab Hitchhiker for themselves and they have people like Jonghyun and Changmin writing songs for other groups occasionally.
I know what you mean tho and I'd like to see SM use more in-house people but the demo pool keeps things interesting sometimes.
