Our fave empowered us last year with one of the biggest hits of her career tho, nothing is impossible. Love Me's lyrics are the most direct of the entire album. The GP will eat the song up. But I agree there's better choices.

Love Me would not do well. Its too electro for America and the lyrics/atmosphere isn't whats popular. All the empowerment songs right now are about butts

A re-release would be amazing and not that unlikely. The tour won't finish until May I think? She could come back with a Grammy performance right before her European leg begins, and release "PRISM: The Complete Reflection" in April (possibly with more than 3 new songs).

I heard people saying there wouldn't be a new album until fall 2016 but I don't see how thats even possible. She can record on tour and be back by fall 2015. There was a 2 year gap between OOTB and TD

Of course Love Me will never be a single, everyone knows that. And a re-release would boost sales and she would make everyone happy by releasing new songs. What's the point in releasing singles from PRISM when even the ones with the most smash potential struggle to go top 15?

This is a perfect schedule and it always did wonders for Taylor Swift. She's releasing in Q4 every 2 years but her tours have less dates than Katy's.

I'm trying to convince myself you did not say Birthday and TIHWD had potential to be hits. Everybody loved Legendary Lovers when PRISM was released and the song isn't her kinda pop songs that are satured right now.

At this point I think she should just release WOA. Its what the radio stations want and its catchy. Its also a lot more instant than LL and with Hideaway becoming a smash Katy can help spark a deep house revival. The song is a throwback without sounding nostalgic, in a way it sounds very current. With a sexy music video and a few performances it can at least reach top 20. She can perform it on Ellen and do a pre-recorded performance for the AMAs or EMAs, or both.

Lets just hope that TIHWD rises next week so that we can get another single.

Billboard called Birthday the song with the biggest smash potential upon PRISM's release, and TIHWD is one of the catchiest tunes on the album. I don't think LL would do any better. As I said, it's flat, both vocally and musically. It might be different from her other songs, but that doesn't make it a masterpiece.
