uhm, a song called S&M went number 1, Britney in fact was on it and is largely credited for it going number 1. Pretty sure S&M is riskier than bitch If U Seek Amy was also a bigger hit and the better song, same with 3. Gimme More's most remembered and known part is Britney bitch just the same as it was with S&S. And I am not even bothering to talk about songs like Anaconda and other rap/r&B songs that are downright smutty and filthy that go number 1

Song titles also matter little and less, 3 could have been named fluffy bunnies and rainbows it would still be a song about threesomes i.e. risky and unfit for radio.
