They can also change the shape the characters are in to fit everythimg, but a scrollable CSS sounds easiest
If the Ice Climbers were working on Wii U, they should have just been an exclusive. The developers' stubbornness to have identical rosters is to blame for their cut - especially since they had already put the effort in and had them working.
