i think it more had to do with the fact that Janet already had a lengthy career that dated back to when she was making television appearances at a young age

Chris on the other hand was destined for greatness and was still very young in his career

This literally makes no sense because Chris' career compared to Beyonce and JT is embarrassing and Chris' career won't be near Beyonce, JT's, or Usher's in 10 years to what they've done this decade.

& You guys always compare him to 2 people from different decades. Usher came out a decade before as a solo artist. Compare him to Ginuwine, Brandy, or even R. Kelly. His career has never paralleled to either of their careers.

True. Usher's only memorable hit was in 2004. Chris' was more recent in 2009.

Usher had already been on his 4th album and 10 years into his career when Beyonce and JT debuted. If anything, since they're a decade into their careers it should be compared to what Usher was doing with Confessions, which is nowhere near.

& lol Usher has had hits this decade alone that have outcharted and outsold anything Iggy has yet to release.

If they aren't hits then Iggy's career hasn't started, which is believable with those album sales.
