I can't at them chinese fans though.
They were acting like they like The Lord because she is country and they are hardcore country stans. (their AVIs are mostly Fearless era Lord).
I am having a hard time believing they've known what country is before they know Lord when all they were talking about are Rihanna, Katy and Avril when they are not talking about Lord .

to be honest, even if I d say I d prefer her debut to any of her albums and I stan for her pre fearless era, I didn t follow country music before Taylor, I m more an alt/rock fan so I m in the second category.

I think Taylor didnt have many country fans, I mean real country fans who love country before her, she brings her audience to country and when she moves, her audience moves with her. Don t forget that WANEGBT was a pure pop hit and yet it broke records, same as Red (album)

The itunes chart. I rejoiced when I see the #1 song is getting a dark green update and then I biblioed when I realise Lord is getting a dark red update and is sitting at #2 position then I thought I was reading the wrong chart until I realised the pre order things are in effect

I think country Taylor has very big impact there
If I'm not wrong, I ever found out a female singer dying her hair blonde's music video on V channel Asia, and the song is trying so hard to sound country-pop with that guitar and banjo

The thing is Lord introduced them to country and she has never been pure country so I don't get why would they hate Lord for leaving country especially when the Lord they love is pretty pop too.

Well what I care about is the quality of the songs and first week sales and the total figure and Metacritic scores and Grammys so I'm not really bothered by her leaving country... Unless the ablum is full of SIO (as much as I love the song , whole ablum made up of this kind of songs won't work), WANEGBT and 12 ()
