Yeah, samesies. Girls Aloud, the Spice Girls, Sugababes, The Saturdays, Neon Jungle, et al are all so interchangeable. None of them have any personality and their sings suffer. Each of them has only one good song and the rest is just sort of filler.

Little Mix is the only UK girl group I've heard that sort of rouses me, though they do it more through sonic adventurousness than sheer force of personality. And even their batting average is iffy.

Half of Salute is better than any Girls Aloud song. Maybe if Girls Aloud actually had decent singers like Little Mix they'd have been more compelling.

Really, aside from Nicola, Girls Aloud was essentially a vacuum of personality.
