ok I researched a bit more and typically you get anywhere from $20-50 dollars for one donation. Does that help.

But you don't get paid for donating sperm I thought?
Yes you do, that's why so many men donate and why some men donate multiple times throughout their life. Their sperm has to meet specific requirements though.
